More than 15 years of experience with a focus on the real estate industry.He has managed more than 200 real estate projects, including those involving GST, Income Tax, RERA, Tax Planning, Financial Management, and Statutory Audits of the Real Estate Sector. He is actively involved in consulting & litigation of Direct and Indirect Taxes More than 500 instances involving adjudication and appeal in indirect tax have been handled by him. He is the Chief Advisor of NAREDCO, Neral-Karjat. He has written GST articles for Taxmann.

Vivek Laddha

More than 10 years of experience, with a focus on indirect tax consulting and litigation. He has offered more than 400 legal opinions on intricate GST-related issues. He collaborated on the iGOT project research study with the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. He has served as a faculty member to train the CGST and SGST officials by NACIN (National Academy of Customs, Indirect Tax & Narcotics), the Governments of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Surat. He had presented more than 350 sessions on GST for Multinational Companies, ICAI and ICMAI conferences and various trade associations. He is the Chief Advisor of NAREDCO, Neral-Karjat. He serves as Secretary (General) of the Federation of Makers and Traders and Co-Chairman of the GST Cell of the NIRC of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has been a co-opted member of the CIRC of ICAI’s Indirect Tax Committee.

He is a distinguished speaker who has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences on GST, Service Tax, and other topics on a variety of venues, including the ICAI, Tax Bar Associations, HDFC Bank, and other Trade Associations in states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. He worked as a corporate GST trainer for HDFC Bank as well. He has five years of corporate experience with Vedanta Group (Hindustan Zinc Limited), which has aided him in becoming an accomplished professional with specialised knowledge and a pragmatic outlook..

More than 20 years of experience with a focus in Indirect tax He serves as a faculty member for the NACIN training programme that provides instruction for GST officers. He has authored books on GST with Taxmann :GST Annual Return and Reconciliation Case studies and Procedures on Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019. He has more than 20 years of business tax dealing experience (Indirect & Direct) The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry has proposed him for membership on the GST Committee. He served as the previous Chairman of Bharuch Branch of WIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He formerly served as Chairman of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India’s WIRC Surat South Gujarat Chapter. He was a member of the GST Group from Surat, Gujarat, which was established by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s Indirect Taxes Committee.
